Wealth Enhancement has expanded its footprint in Michigan with the acquisition of Parros Financial Group, a hybrid RIA overseeing more than $118 million in client assets.

The move establishes the growing firm’s first location in Ann Arbor, but it’s not its first step into the state, with existing offices in Midland and Saginaw.

Parros Financial Group, led by founder Timothy Parros, provides a combination of advisory and brokerage services to its client base. The team will join Wealth Enhancement as part of the transaction, contributing to the firm’s broader advisor network.

Commenting on the deal, Timothy Parros said, “We are excited to join Wealth Enhancement and leverage its expansive resources to better serve our clients while continuing to grow our business.”

Wealth Enhancement emphasized that the acquisition aligns with its strategy of partnering with firms that share a client-focused approach and a commitment to comprehensive financial planning. The firm has continued to scale through M&A as it builds out its national presence, targeting firms that can deepen its capabilities while expanding its reach into new regions.

“We look forward to welcoming Tim and his team to Wealth Enhancement and supporting their continued success,” the firm said in announcing the transaction.

With the addition of Parros Financial Group, Wealth Enhancement’s total client assets now exceed $146.5 billion across its advisory, brokerage, and trust businesses.

The firm had a strong streak of acquisitions in 2025 including a $2.2B hybrid RIA in Ohio announced in December, the same month it announced deals to acquire firms in California, Indiana, Utah, Louisian and Wisconsin.

H Group acquisition

The first part of 2026 was quieter, but in March it announced acquisitions including The H Group and its affiliated practice, FocusPoint Solutions, which collectively oversee more than $6.7 billion in client assets and are led by Chris Hicks, founder and owner. The businesses are headquartered in Portland, Oregon with additional offices across the Pacific Northwest and Southwest.

Wealth Enhancement also acquired an advisor team from TFB Advisors in Overland Park, Kansas comprising six advisors and four support staff, led by Josh Selzer, J.D., Tim Gaigals, CFP, and Daniel Dolan, ChFC, CLU. The team manages over $1.2 billion in client assets.
