National Planning Holdings Inc. is teaming up with the FP Transitions to provide representatives with a package of succession planning and practice acquisition services.
The FP Transitions Corporate Program will give NPH representatives access to technology, information and advice to assist them in meeting and working with practitioners who wish to make acquisitions, according to NPH.
FP Transitions offers several transition and succession options to NPH’s affiliated advisers, including buy-sell and continuity agreements, emergency/disaster planning programs, internal succession plans, and third-party practice sales.
The program includes membership to FP Transitions website, access to FP Transitions seller’s listings as well as internal listings Instant e-mail notifications of new practices in a specific area or nationwide, the ability to communicate directly with sellers and the ability to create an Unplanned Transitions listing.
National Planning Holdings is a Santa Monica, Calif.-based affiliate of Lansing, Mich.-based Jackson National Life Insurance Co.
