Securities regulators will hold two round tables this month to collect feedback on whether to give U.S. companies an option when it comes to preparing their financial statements. The roundtables, scheduled for Dec. 13 and 17, come on the heels of the SEC’s decision to give foreign firms the choice of using U.S. GAAP or IFRS.
