Schwab to debut active international fund
The mutual fund will hold between 100 and 200 securities and track the MSCI EAFE index.
Charles Schwab Investment Management on May 30 will launch the Schwab International Core Equity Fund, its first active international equity fund, confirmed spokeswoman Sondra Harris.
The mutual fund will hold between 100 and 200 securities and track the MSCI EAFE index.
The fund will have a risk profile similar to the index and will be managed as a quantitative fund, said Vivienne Hsu, managing director and portfolio manager at Schwab.
