The SEC will hold a round table April 15 to explore its oversight of credit rating agencies. Participants at the round table, which will start at 10 a.m. at the agency’s headquarters in Washington, will discuss such topics as conflicts of interest, competition and transparency. Round-table participants will include representatives from investor organizations, financial services associations, credit rating agencies and academia.
