Rehmann Financial LLC has hired Scott Chaisson, 46, as regional director of adviser network development at the firm's West Palm Beach, Fla., office.

Rehmann Financial LLC has hired Scott Chaisson, 46, as regional director of adviser network development at the firm’s West Palm Beach, Fla., office.

He will be responsible for opening wealth management offices in Florida as well as delivering comprehensive services to the company and its high-net-worth clients.

Previously, Mr. Chaisson was a managing director at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., where he was responsible for opening markets in Florida and managing advisers in offices on the state’s Gulf Coast.

Broad Street Capital Advisors LLC has hired Henry M. Huckaby, 67, as a senior financial consultant.

His job will include creating and maintaining relationships with endowments, foundations and pension funds.

Mr. Huckaby will also sit on the firm’s investment policy committee.

Previously, he was senior vice president of finance and administration for the University of Georgia, where he oversaw all aspects of the school’s budget.

Levitt Capital Management LLC has rehired Aneta Petrova, 35, as vice president of business affairs.

Her responsibilities include enhancing and developing the company, while helping the chief financial officer.

After Ms. Petrova left a research analyst position at Levitt Capital in 2000, she was the senior manager of service operations at Office Depot Inc. There, she provided oversight in the areas of private-brand merchandising, global purchasing, product development and positioning, and in the service and vendor arenas.

Envestnet Asset Management Inc. has hired James Patrick, 40, as managing director for its adviser-managed programs. He will be responsible for leading Envestnet’s efforts in distributing and enhancing adviser-directed offerings.

Previously, Mr. Patrick was the co-head of U.S. distribution for Allianz Global Investors LLC, where he served on the management committee.

National Life Group Inc. has hired Robert DiNardo and Theresa Massie for its retirement and annuities division.

Mr. DiNardo, 40, has become the second vice president of marketing for annuities and retirement products. In the division, he will be responsible for determining the firm’s strategic direction, managing activities of the internal sales desk and marketing communications department to support distribution, and driving the sales of National Life’s annuity product lines.

Previously, Mr. DiNardo worked for Old Mutual PLC, where he led the company’s marketing effort for the domestic-variable-annuity product line.

As director of marketing for annuities and retirement products, Ms. Massie, 44, will be responsible for driving creative communications strategies for product rollouts, e-mail campaigns and field communications.

Her efforts will aim to expand the company’s presence in print, web and public relations.

Previously, Ms. Massie was a brand and marketing manager at Methodist Hospital in Houston, where she was responsible for brand management as well as the development of external-marketing strategies for multiple service lines and affiliated-physician organizations.

Citi Private Bank, a unit of Citigroup Inc., has hired David Bailin, 49, as managing director and global head of managed investments.

He will be responsible for expanding and distributing the company’s managed investment products and solutions, and will also oversee Citi’s tailored-portfolio group.

Previously, Mr. Bailin was president of alternative-investment asset management for Bank of America Corp.’s global wealth and investment management sector.

His responsibilities involved manager due diligence, investment research, portfolio construction and product approval for all client investments in hedge funds, private equity and real estate.

Mr. Bailin oversaw more than $30 billion in client assets under management on the bank’s open-architecture platform.
