Northern Trust Corp. of Chicago has made changes to its West Coast executive team.

Dino De Vita, 39, was named president of personal financial services for the Seattle region, effective June 15. He will manage financial consulting, investment management, trust and estate planning, as well as private and business banking across the territory.

Mr. De Vita currently is the leader of private-client services in Chicago.

Michele Havens, 37, was named president of personal financial services for the Los Angeles region, effective June 15. She will manage financial consulting, investment management, trust and estate planning, as well as private and business banking across the region.

Currently, Ms. Havens is president of personal financial services for the Seattle region.

Susan Mallory, 58, was named practice executive of global banking, based in Westwood, Calif. She will run the banking practice for private clients and will oversee the development of new products and services.

Previously, Ms. Mallory was president of personal financial services for the Los Angeles region.

Stephens Inc. of Little Rock, Ark., has expanded the San Francisco-based equity research team that focuses on specialty finance.

John Hecht, 42, has been named managing director and research analyst. Previously, he was managing director and senior research analyst for specialty finance at JMP Securities LLC of San Francisco.

Kyle Joseph, 27, joins as a research associate. Previously, he was vice president and an associate at JMP Securities.

FactRight LLC of Schaumburg, Ill., has hired Scott Smith, 35, as principal and chief operations officer.

He will oversee due-diligence evaluation and reporting tools for broker-dealers.

Previously, Mr. Smith was a director of alternative investments at Ameriprise Financial Inc. of Minneapolis.

FactRight also has hired Chris Bove, 35, as a legal analyst. He is responsible for legal analysis, reviews, reports and background checks on sponsors of real estate securities and real-estate-related security offerings.

Previously, Mr. Bove was a police officer in Chicago.

Ridgeway & Conger Inc. of New Woodstock, N.Y., has hired 11 representatives.

Ronald Argenzio, 69, Michael Harris, 54, Ken Rosen, 71, Meyer Sarfaty, 77, and Leo Wagner, 85, were named independent reps and will specialize in reverse convertible and covered-call writing in Suffern, N.Y. All were previously registered reps at Pacific West Securities Inc. of Renton, Wash.

Quincy Caldwell, 31, joins as an independent registered rep in Katy, Texas. Previously, he was a registered rep at Veritrust Financial LLC of Austin, Texas.

Tim Cypher, 41, was named independent rep with a focus on bond portfolios in Ada, Mich. Previously, he was a registered rep at NorthStar Financial Partners Inc. of Troy, Mich.

Todd Oplinger, 53, was named independent rep in Orefield, Pa., with a focus on bond portfolios. Previously, he was a registered rep at Summit Brokerage Services Inc. of Boca Raton, Fla.

David Pagington, 69, joins as an independent registered rep in Spring, Texas. Previously, he was a registered rep at Resource Horizons Group LLC of Marietta, Ga.

John Rooney, 48, joins as an independent rep in Petersburg, Va. Previously, he was a registered rep at Cantella & Co. Inc. of Boston.

Dave Wagner, 57, was named fee-based adviser in Orland Park, Ill. He is responsible for managing money through active-management strategies.

Previously, Mr. Wagner was a registered rep at The Investment Center Inc. of Bedminster, N.J.

The Real Estate Investment Securities Association in Indianapolis has appointed Brian Conlon, 51, to its board.

Along with other board members, he is responsible for engaging in strategic planning, financial oversight, and ensuring sound risk management and proper communication about missions and programs with those inside and outside the organization.

Mr. Conlon, who has been a REISA member since 2010, is chief executive of Inland Real Estate Investment Corp. of Oak Brook, Ill.

fi360 Inc. of Bridgeville, Pa., has hired Kathleen Stewart, 51, as a subject matter expert.

She will contribute to the organization’s professional training programs on legal, regulatory and financial subjects, and serve as a resource for fi360’s clients and the fiduciary community, expanding its educational services for investment fiduciaries.

Previously, Ms. Stewart was a trust and fiduciary specialist at Wells Fargo Private Bank of San Francisco.

Transamerica Financial Advisors Inc. of St. Petersburg, Fla., has hired Bill McCauley, 39, as chief financial officer.

He is responsible for developing business plans, financial models and regulatory reporting, and developing a strong core structure.

Previously, Mr. McCauley was chief financial officer of MassMutual Financial Group’s three broker-dealers: MML Distributors LLC, MML Investors Services LLC and MMLISI Financial Alliances LLC, all of Springfield, Mass.

Keefe Bruyette & Woods Inc. of New York has hired Charles Lucas, 48, as head of European equity capital markets in London.

He will oversee public and private placements of common stock and other hybrid equity securities.

Previously, Mr. Lucas was a Stamford, Conn.-based managing director of equity capital markets for The Royal Bank of Scotland PLC.

JNBA Financial Advisors Inc. of Minneapolis has hired Stephanie Rossi, 44, as a senior adviser.

She will work with fellow financial advisers and client service team members to improve client experiences. Ms. Rossi will also be involved with the firm’s 401(k) for small to midsize organizations, as well as the executive business-planning programs.

Previously, Ms. Rossi was a managing principal and senior adviser at JFS Wealth Advisors of Hermitage, Pa.

Prudential Financial Inc. of Newark, N.J., has promoted two members of its executive team.

Robert O’Donnell, 43, is president of Prudential Annuities and will oversee the manufacturing and distribution of variable and fixed annuities. Previously, he served as senior vice president and head of product for investment management and marketing for Prudential Annuities.

Stephan Pelletier, 58, is president of Prudential Group Insurance, which provides employee benefit solutions. Previously, he was president of Prudential Annuities.

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. of New York has promoted Michael Bodson, 54, to president and chief executive, as of July 1.

Until then, he will continue to serve as chief operating officer.

The DTCC also has hired Marie Chinnici-Everitt, 47, as managing director and chief marketing officer.

She will oversee the company’s global corporate image and positioning, marketing and brand initiatives, as well as internal and external communications for DTCC, its subsidiaries and their respective business lines.

Previously, Ms. Chinnici-Everitt was managing director and head of international business planning and enterprise events at Bank of America Merrill Lynch of New York.
