Ark Income fund, a bond mutual fund, was misclassified by Standard & Poor’s Micropal on the Dec. 1 Stats page. The fund returned an average annual 9.59% through Oct. 31 and 9.77% through Nov. 30.

A Dec. 15 article misstated the amount of assets New York-based Rutherford Asset Planning Inc. has invested with Five States Energy Co. of Dallas. Of the assets Rutherford manages for accredited investors, 10% is in private placements, including Five States partnerships.

Due to a typographical error, a Dec. 15 letter to the editor about Union Bank misstated the year in which the firm began managing money. It was 1922.
