The SEC has approved changes to Washington-based NASD’s arbitration code that are intended to prevent confusion over which rules apply to which disputes.
The SEC has approved changes to Washington-based NASD’s arbitration code that are intended to prevent confusion over which rules apply to which disputes. Among other changes, the code now will be divided into the three parts: one that deals with customer disputes, one for industry disputes and the other for mediations.
