Raymond James teams managing $290 million move to Janney

Waingart and Luke groups will open office for firm in Greenville, S.C.

Two Raymond James teams that managed a total of $290 million in Greenville, S.C., have moved to Janney Montgomery Scott and will open an office for the firm there.

Waingart Wealth Advisors, a four-person team led by Edwin Waingart, managed more than $155 million at Raymond James. He was joined in the move by George Koutsioukis and their two client associates.

Luke Capital Management, which managed almost $134 million at Raymond James, is led by David Luke, whose two associates also made the move.

The two teams worked in the same office for the past 14 years, Janney said in a release.
