‘Logistics issues’ force NAPFA to relocate annual conference
The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors is moving its May national conference to Salt Lake City from Las Vegas, where it was originally scheduled.
The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors is moving its May national conference to Salt Lake City from Las Vegas, where it was originally scheduled.
The association cited “logistics issues” with the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas as the reason, and announced that NAPFA plans to hold its 2013 national conference at the at the hotel in Las Vegas.
This year’s conference is still scheduled for May 17 -20, but will now be held at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City.
“While the logistics issues with the Paris Hotel were an inconvenience, we are pleased that an agreement has been reached to have the conference in Las Vegas in 2013,” said Ellen Turf, NAPFA chief executive.
