Wells Fargo team jumps to Raymond James
Three-adviser group managing $250 million in Tennessee affiliates with firm's IBD.
A three-adviser team formerly with Wells Fargo Advisors in Brentwood, Tenn., has formed the Williams Hunter Wealth Group and affiliated with the independent unit of Raymond James, according to a press release.
The registered representatives — Alan E. Williams, Thomas M. Hunter and Susan W. Crunk — were joined at their new firm by Katie Ward, their senior practice manager. At Wells Fargo, the team managed $250 million in assets and had annual production of about $1.8 million.
Mr. Williams began his securities career in 1987 at Merrill Lynch. He moved to Prudential Securities in 1993, to Invest Financial in 1997 and to Amsouth Investment Services in 2000. In 2001 he rejoined Prudential, which in 2003 became part of Wachovia and later Wells Fargo.
Mr. Hunter began his career in 2004 at Northwestern Mutual Investment Services and joined Wells Fargo in 2007.
Ms. Crunk began her career in 1993 at Prudential Securities, one of Wells Fargo’s predecessor firms.
