Allworth acquires two firms, adding $640 million in AUM

Second Opinion Partners and Muchler Financial Services are folded into the firm.

Allworth Financial, a Folsom, California-based registered investment advisory firm managing $15 billion, has acquired Second Opinion Partners of Riverwoods, Illinois, and Muchler Financial Services of Dansville, New York, which is outside Rochester. The firms manage $440 million and $200 million in assets, respectively.

Terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
