Eric Cornell and Patrick Shea, who managed $195 million at Ameriprise Financial Services, have formed their own firm, Helius Wealth Management in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and affiliated with Raymond James.

Cornell spent two decades with Ameriprise; Shea joined the firm in 2008.

Four team members made the move with Cornell and Shea.
