Securities regulators are inviting comment on rules that would impose limits on business entertainment at brokerage firms. Two versions, one for the New York Stock Exchange and the other for Washington-based NASD, are nearly identical in their efforts to outline appropriate business entertainment and associated money spent, along with compliance exceptions.
