Citis Prince to join consulting firm
Former Citigroup Inc. chairman and chief executive Charles O. Prince III, who was forced to resign amid myriad write-downs in November, has joined consulting firm Stonebridge International LLC in Washington, the latter announced yesterday.

He will serve as the vice chairman of the firm and chairman of the company’s board of advisers.
Mr. Prince will be responsible for helping the firm and its clients identify and pursue new global opportunities that are related to international commerce and public policy.
He is also a director of Johnson & Johnson of New Brunswick, N.J. and a trustee of The Brookings Institution of Washington.
Mr. Prince became the chief executive of Citigroup in 2003 and was named chairman in 2006.
He retired from Citigroup after the New York-based financial services company said that it would record between $8 billion and $11 billion in write-downs during the third quarter of 2007.
Former Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin, its board chairman, was named the interim chairman.
In December, the company hired Vikram Pandit as its chief executive.
