Creative Planning acquires $440 million Arizona firm

Creative Planning, an Overland Park, Kansas-based registered investment adviser managing $225 billion, has acquired Hatton Consulting, a Phoenix, Arizona-based wealth management firm managing $440 million. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Founder Tim Hatton founded the eponymous firm
