The site offers the ABCs of 401(k) Plans, Wall Street 101, an interactive investment course that allows employees to brush up on investment basics, and “The Bears Cave,” which lets them experience a virtual stock market slump.
The website content can be housed on a company’s internal site, allowing the employer to offer the material without linking externally to 401kForum.com’s website.

J.P. Morgan adds Tax-Aware fund
J.P. Morgan & Co. Inc. in New York has launched the J.P. Morgan Tax-Aware Enhanced Income Fund. It seeks to preserve principal and provide a higher after-tax yield than money market funds as well as the opportunity for capital appreciation. The fund will select securities from both taxable and tax-exempt markets, and keep 50% in tax-exempt securities. It may also invest in securities of longer maturities. The fund aims at a return 0.3% to 0.5% higher than those of money market funds.
