Finra recently issued guidance to help securities firms and brokers that use social-networking websites to communicate with the public. The guidance in Regulatory Notice 10-06 clarifies the responsibilities of firms to supervise the use of social-networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, along with blogs.
