The Department of Labor is continuing to work toward solutions for improving delivery of information on administrative and investment fees to 401(k) plan participants. A recent report released by the General Accountability Office recommended both statutory and regulatory changes to improve disclosure of fees and expenses to plan fiduciaries and participants.
