Merrill Lynch woos $343 million Morgan Stanley team

Five-person group is based in Glen Rock, N.J.

A four-person adviser team that managed $343 million in assets at Morgan Stanley has joined Merrill Lynch in Glen Rock, N.J.

Advisers Michael Greenstone, John Araneo, Margie Manning and Anita Srivastava, as well as associate Dara Hubbard, have made the move.

Mr. Greenstone, who began his career as a financial adviser at Riviere Securities in 1980, was with Drexel Burnham Lambert from 1984 to 1989, Smith Barney from 1989 to 1990, Prudential Securities from 1990 to 1992, and UBS from 1992 to 2009, when he joined Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Araneo began his financial career at Merrill Lynch in 1998, moved to UBS in 2000 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2009.

Before joining Morgan Stanley in 2014, Ms. Manning was with Barclays Capital from 2008 to 2014, and Lehman Brothers from 1996 to 2008.

Ms. Srivastava was with Pruco Securities for a short time before joining Morgan Stanley in 2014.
