SK Wealth Management LLC of Providence, R.I., has promoted Jason Archambault, 45, to managing member.

He will maintain his previous position as senior financial planner but now is in charge of overall operations of the firm.

Baker Tilly Investment Advisers LLC of Madison, Wis., has hired Bruce Laning, 52, as managing director and senior portfolio manager in the wealth management division.

He will help high-net-worth individuals and families with investment strategies, distribution and succession planning.

Previously, Mr. Laning was a partner and portfolio manager at Marietta Investment Partners LLC in Milwaukee.

Reliance Integrated Solutions LLC of Atlanta has hired Trey Carter, 45, as its president.

He is in charge of expanding the company’s outsourcing business and client services, as well as developing new products and services.

Previously, Mr. Carter was senior vice president and manager of the client service team at the Retirement Strategies Group LLC of New Orleans.

Devon Financial Partners LLC of Wayne, Pa., has hired James Cox, 46, as a financial adviser and investment specialist.

He is in charge of the growth of the investment management department and will help clients reduce risk in volatile markets.

Previously, Mr. Cox was a financial adviser at Axa Advisors LLC in Bala Cynwyd, Pa.

Neuberger Berman Group LLC of New York has hired Brian Saltzman, 46, as a wealth adviser and vice president.

He is responsible for addressing a range of investment-, tax- and estate-planning needs for high-net-worth individuals.

Previously, Mr. Saltzman was a financial adviser at AllianceBernstein LP of New York.

EP Wealth Advisors Inc. of Torrance, Calif., has hired Bennett Gross, 52, as its investment strategist.

He will help clients with financial planning and wealth management services, and serve on the firm’s investment committee.

Previously, Mr. Gross was director of wealth management at Pacific Wealth Advisers in Santa Monica, Calif.

Retirement Revolution LLC of Pasadena, Calif., has hired Frank Bruno, 50, as national sales director.

He is responsible for managing the sales team for all the company’s products.

Previously, Mr. Bruno was senior vice president of San Francisco-based Union Bank NA’s institutional retirement plan sales in Los Angeles.

Tactical Allocation Group LLC of Birmingham, Mich., has promoted Gene Katz, 36, to chief devel-opment officer, from investment banker and stra-tegic adviser.

He is responsible for overseeing corporate development and sales, and will be in charge of finance at the company.

Citi Private Bank of San Francisco has hired Jane Bachmann, 45, as a director and banker for ultrahigh-net-worth clients.

Previously, Ms. Bachmann was managing director and partner at The Presidio Group LLC in San Francisco.

Lincoln Financial Distributors of Philadelphia has hired Richard Aneser, 44, as chief marketing officer.

He is responsible for strategic marketing of the firm’s diversified portfolio.

Previously, Mr. Aneser was managing director and head of advisory and solutions marketing for UBS Wealth Management Americas in Weehawken, N.J.

Salient Partners LP of Houston has made new appointments to its team.

David Clifford, 34, has been named chief strategy officer. He is responsible for product platform development and marketing.

Previously, he was head of Salient’s sales and distributions.

David Linton, 47, is managing director and is in charge of retail sales and distribution activities. Previously, he was head of sales and managing director at Van Kampen Investments Inc. in Chicago.
