The Labor Department soon is expected to propose rules addressing fee disclosure to plan sponsors by 401(k) service providers and advisers, according to a recent InvestmentNews report. Last month, the agency submitted its proposal for such disclosure to the Office of Management and Budget for review. Additionally, rules affecting how fee disclosures would be made to plan participants are expected to be floated shortly.
