Reps managing $200 million at Summit Financial switch to Kestra

Four advisers form Synthesis Wealth Planning in Morristown, N.J.

Four advisers who managed $200 million while affiliated with Summit Financial Resources have switched affiliations to Kestra Financial.

Alex Panas and Daniel Singer, and the father-and-son team of Karl and Eric Rosenberger, have partnered to form Synthesis Wealth Planning in Morristown, N.J.

Mr. Panas spent 12 years with Summit, coming from Cadaret, Grant, where he started in 1998. Mr. Singer also spent 12 years at Summit.

The elder Mr. Rosenberger began his career in 1991 at Cigna Financial, moved to Lincoln Financial in 1998, and to Summit in 2003. Eric Rosenberger began his career at Summit in 2003.
