The public has until Sept. 8 to provide input on a proposal to expand issuer disclosure in the municipal-securities market. In general terms, the proposed rule amendments would require a broker, dealer or municipal-securities dealer to reasonably determine that the issuer or obligated person has agreed to provide certain information to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board.
