Team with $583 million joins SagePoint from Kestra

A four-adviser team that was managing $583 million at Kestra is moving to SagePoint Financial, a unit of Advisor Group.

The Albuquerque, New Mexico-based firm, Charles Stephens, will affiliate with SagePoint via super OSJ AmeriFlex Financial Services.

Charles Stephens is led by Adam Ciepiela and Kelly Famiglietta and includes Steve Ciepiela, who founded the firm in 1983, and Jonathan Stoner.
