Two firms overseeing $378 million affiliate with Woodbury

Next Financial and Kestra Financial lose out in B-D swap.

Life Wealth Principles, which oversees $312 million in assets in Golden, Colo., and National Financial Advisors, which oversees $66 million in assets in Denver, have affiliated with Woodbury Financial Services.

Life Wealth Principles, headed by Mitch Moore, was formerly affiliated with Next Financial Group.

National Financial Advisors, led by Thomas Niver, had been with Kestra Financial Services for 16 years.

Both firms provide a wide range of planning and investment services.
