Bank rep serving $400 million goes indie with LPL

Scott E. Howell, who served $400 million in assets while a representative at HSBC in New York City, has gone independent and affiliated with LPL Financial. He also will use LPL’s corporate registered investment adviser and custodial platforms through Gladstone Wealth Partners, a large LPL office of supervisory jurisdiction.

Howell is currently based in Gladstone’s Chester, New Jersey, headquarters, with plans to open an office in Summit, New Jersey, a New York City suburb.
