Four Wells Fargo reps managing $550 million go indie with Raymond James
Each will operate his own businesses from one location in Roswell, Ga.

Four advisers collectively managing $550 million at Wells Fargo Advisors in suburban Atlanta have formed their own independent businesses and affiliated with Raymond James. The four, most of whom had spent decades with A.G. Edwards, a Wells Fargo Advisors predecessor, will operate from one location in Roswell, Ga. The father-and-son team of James Broadway Sr. and James Broadway Jr. have formed Broadway Financial Group. The senior Mr. Broadway began his career in financial services 34 years ago at A.G. Edwards, where he served as branch manager of the Roswell and Alpharetta offices. The younger Mr. Broadway joined his father at the firm in 2014. Kyle Evens, operating as Evens Wealth Management, joined A.G. Edwards 30 years ago. Kent Nuzum, who started Nuzum Wealth Management, has more than 21 years of industry experience, starting with Morgan Stanley in 1996 and transitioning to A.G. Edwards in 2005. William Perkins, of Perkins Wealth Strategies, began his career with A.G. Edwards in 1982 and later served as an assistant branch manager.
