JTL Wealth Partners, which managed $250 million at Waddell & Reed Financial in Plano, Texas, has changed affiliations and will use LPL Financial’s broker-dealer and corporate registered investment adviser platform, employing LPL as custodian.
Founded in 1994, JTL is headed by Jimmy Lee, who said he wants to expand beyond Texas and brand the firm nationally.
Joining him in the move are JTL Wealth Partners by Bellann Hyten, the firm’s president and COO, as well as Albert Gonzalez, Harry Grant and Chris Mankoff, along with four more financial professionals and a support staff member.
