Connectus Wealth Advisers, a registered investment advisory firm owned by Focus Financial Partners, has agreed to acquire a British independent firm, Watterson Financial Planning, that's based in Knutsford, Cheshire.
The deal, which is expected to close this quarter, is the first Focus acquisition in the United Kingdom. The firm currently operates in the U.S. and Australia.
