A five-adviser team managing $345 million at Morgan Stanley in Tallahassee, Fla., has joined Stifel Nicolaus & Company. [More:See more adviser moves in InvestmentNews' Advisers on the Move database.] The team, which consists of Stephen Huggins, Linda Winders, Blair Huggins and JD Huggins, will open a new office for the firm. Stephen Huggins, who leads the group, began his career at Morgan Stanley in 1988 and spent 31 years there.
