San Francisco-based The Online 401(k) announced today it is partnering with Expedition Payroll, which will allow the company to offer its clients more comprehensive payroll systems. Online 401(k) is a full-service web-based 401(k) company that provides plans for small companies and single-person businesses. Expedition Payroll processes payroll for companies across the country with employees working in a wide array of industries. “Expedition Payroll directly complements the way that The Online 401(k) works and gives small businesses the best of both worlds: A comprehensive solution previously available only from large organizations, with the personalized attention of a small firm," said Chad Parks, chief executive of The Online 401(k) in a statement.
