Wells Fargo team managing $351 million in Gainesville, Georgia, goes independent

Strong Gaddy Lee Wealth Management chooses hybrid route with LPL.

A four-adviser team managing $351 million at Wells Fargo Advisors in Gainesville, Georgia, has created an independent hybrid firm whose brokerage unit is affiliated with LPL. The hybrid, Strong Gaddy Lee Wealth Management, said that Integrated Financial Group, an RIA on LPL's hybrid platform, will serve the advisory arm of the firm, which is headed by Charlie Strong, Shane Gaddy, Kelly Lee and Kyle Bochat. The firm also includes three professional staff members who joined from Wells Fargo. Mr. Strong began his securities career in 1991 at A.G. Edwards, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo. Mr. Gaddy has been in the securities industry since 1998, when he joined A.G. Edwards. Ms. Lee began her career in 2004 at A.G. Edwards. Mr. Bochat began his career at Edward Jones in 2014 and joined Wells Fargo in 2016.
