Delaney Metcalf, SVP of capital solutions at Osaic, has worked in the financial services industry for over 12 years, beginning his career at US Bank in a variety of business units, including capital markets, mortgage origination, and servicing. Delaney has run diligence and completed numerous practice acquisitions and corporate M&A deals to help grow the scale of the Osaic network. He’s worked in a variety of leadership roles at Osaic, including recruiting, lending, diligence, and corporate development. In his current capacity, he works closely with financial professionals for continuity planning, practice acquisitions, and debt/equity structuring to enhance their enterprise values.
